The DS has been home to plenty of turn-based strategy games, including ports and remakes, like Hoshigami Remix or Disgaea DS, and more original fare, such as Luminous Arc and Drone Tactics. For better or worse, though, these games have pretty much stuck to the genre standards set by games like Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem, with very little innovation.
